This is an Administrative Order on Consent of US EPA and the City and County of Honolulu, Hawaii (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Water Act regulations at Malaiki. Under this Order, Respondent agrees to develop and implement measures to assure that Respondent and its contractors do not discharge dredged or fill material into waters of the United States without authorization under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act.
