This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and Makhteshim Agan of North America, Inc. dba Adama (Respondent) of Raleigh, North Carolina. Respondent had alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, and paid a civil administrative penalty of $16,400 to settle the matter.
