EPA Region 8 and Lincoln County, Montana voluntarily agreed to a compliance order, which requires restoration of the impacts to Callahan Creek and its adjacent wetlands caused by the County's unpermitted discharges of dredged or fill material, in violation of sections 309 and 404 of the Clean Water Act.
