EPA Region 8 and Robert Gregg Sease voluntarily agreed to a combined complaint and consent agreement, which requires Respondent to pay a civil penalty for the impacts to Sheep Creek and its adjacent wetlands caused by the Respondent's unpermitted discharges of dredged or fill material, in violation of sections 309 and 404 of the Clean Water Act.
