This is an administrative Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and Werner Enterprises, Inc. (Respondent), of Omaha, Nebraska, for Respondent's alleged violation of the California Truck and Bus engine requirements of the federal State Implementation Plan (SIP) to control air pollutants from mobile sources, by operation of trucks in California that did not meet the state diesel engine requirements. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $65,000 to settle the matter.
