Region I finalized a settlement with FM Partners, LLC over violations of the Construction Stormwater General Permit. FM Partners is redeveloping a shopping mall in Foxborough, Massachusetts, disturbing over an acre of land. An EPA inspection revealed that the project did not file for coverage under the Construction Stormwater General Permit. Under an expedited settlement process, the company agreed to pay a $7,100 fine. The site has come into compliance with the permit.
