Amuneal Manufacturing Corp. failed to immediately notify to the NRC and SERC when a release above the RQ took place on January 28, 2015. In addition, Amuneal Manufacturing failed to submit a written follow-up report to the SERC. There are also two EPCRA 312 counts since Amuneal Manufacturing was late in submitting Tier II reports for 2012 and 2013.
