An Administrative Order (Order) is being issued to Roxane Cretal and Kelly Garland, as owners of the Flat Creek RV Park Public Water System (System), located in Lincoln County, directing them to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order include failure to monitor the System?s water for total coliforms and report the violations to the EPA.
