An Emergency Administrative Order (Order) is being issued to the Blackfeet Solid Waste Management , as owner and/or operator of the Babb Water System (System), located in Blackfeet Reservation, Montana, directing it to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violation alleged in the Order include exceeding the maximum contaminant level for E.coli.
