On April 6, 2017, Region 5 of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) filed a consent agreement and final order (CAFO) with Colonial Surface Solutions, Inc. (CSS) of Columbus Grove, Ohio, resolving an administrative penalty action for alleged violations of Section 3005 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), 42 U.S.C. ? 6925, and the regulations for generators of hazardous waste.
