This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Ricky Power Sports, L.L.C. of Dallas, Texas (Respondent), for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act requirements for imported motor engines. Respondent paid a civil administrative penalty of $5,000 and documented to EPA that the 105 subject off-road vehicles have been exported to a country or countries other than Canada or Mexico to settle the matter.
