This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and Gar Tootelian, Inc. (Respondent) of Reedley, California. Respondent is alleged to have violated the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, and paid a civil administrative penalty of $32,960 to settle the matter.
