An Administrative Order (Order) is being issued to Paint Rock Canyon Enterprises, LLC and C5 Youth Foundation of Southern California, Inc., as owners/operators of the Camp Paintrock Public Water System, located in Big Horn County, directing them to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order are for failure to monitor nitrate annually and failure to notify the EPA of the violation.
