EPA found, during an inspection and follow-up information request that the Respondent failed to include sulfuric acid on the timely submitted completed emergency hazardous chemical inventory form (Tier I or Tier II form) for calendar years 2013-2015 as required by Section 312 of EPCRA. A civil penalty of $5,000 was settled upon and paid by Respondent.
