On May 5, 2017, Region 10 issued an administrative order on consent to Coleman Oil Company of Wenatchee, Washington, to address violations of the Clean Water Act. Coleman Oil Company, which operates a petroleum bulk station and terminal, discharged diesel to the Columbia River. The order contains a work plan requiring the removal and abatement of 4,500 gallons of diesel from the river and surrounding soil.
