On 4/4/17, Region 3 finalized an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) with Musser Bros., Inc. resolving violations of Title II of the CAA. Musser Bros, Inc. imported 12 engines that were neither covered by a certificate of conformity nor exempt from the Clean Air Act?s certification requirements at the time of importation.
