An Administrative Order (Order) is being issued to Bernard Homan, as owner and/or operator of the Ox Yoke Ranch Public Water System, located in Albany County, directing him to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order are failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria and failure to report the violations to the EPA.
