This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores of CA (Respondent) of Oklahoma City, OK, to settle Respondent?s alleged violation of the Oil Pollution Prevention (SPCC) regulations at its Lodi, California store, Love's #538 Retail Motor Fuel Outlet. Respondent paid a civil administrative penalty of $3,150 to settle the matter.
