Meyer Inc. located in Emmett, Idaho to resolve alleged violations of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), for late reporting on 2016 Annual Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (Report). The 2016 Report was received by the EPA on May 11, 2017. The establishment also failed to submit their 2015 Report on or before the reporting deadline. The 2015 Report was received by the EPA on June 21, 2016.
