Respondent owns and operates the facility located at 1114 Porter Avenue, NY 13901. The Site operates under the Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity. A CEI was conducted on August 24, 2015 and Administrative Compliance Order CWA-02-2016-3015 was subsequently issued to address the illicit discharge and numerous deficiencies on site. The Site has since returned to compliance and Class I Penalty CWA-02-2017-3303 is being issued to the Respondent.
