This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Rockwood Chemical Co., (Respondent) of Brawley, CA, for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act regulations. In settling this action, Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $50,929 to settle the matter.
