This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Wonder Farm, Inc., (Respondent) of Waianae - Oahu, HI for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act regulations. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $26,730 to settle the matter.
