This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Aloha Petroleum, Ltd., (Respondent) of Captain Cook, Hawaii for alleged violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act regulations for underground injection wells. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $57,500 to settle the matter.
