Facility was in violation of state underground storage tank(UST) release detection regulations for failing to monitor USTs at least every 30 days for releases; not properly conducting inventory control; and failing to maintain financial responsibility for UST systems. A field citation was issued requiring the owner/operator to comply with CT DEEP rules and regulations.
