SPCC Inspection 7/30/14 by US EPA showed numerous violations of CWA 311, 40CFR112. CAFO filed on May 22, 2017 for a penalty of $12,490 + a SEP valued at $122.495. Violations found during SPCC inspection included: facility had not prepared or implemented an SPCC plan, provided adequate containment for its various oi storage containers or tanks or loading racks, conducted required above ground tank integrity tests on a regular schedule. EPA issued a NOV alleging violations of certain SPCC regulations on 3/16.
