This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Samirian Chemical, Inc.(Respondent), of Campbell, Calif, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) requirement to report TSCA chemicals imported for commercial use. Respondent paid an administrative civil of $10,000 to settle the matter.
