On August 7, 2017, Region 10 issued a consent agreement and final order to All Ways Under Pressure, LLC located in Tacoma, Washington for violations of the TSCA Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) rule. EPA alleged that All Ways Under Pressure, LLC failed to become RRP firm and renovator certified and failed to follow lead-safe work practices while performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $1,666.
