On August 17, 2017, Region 10 entered into an expedited settlement agreement with Nor Pac Pet Products, LLC., located in Chehalis, Washington, to resolve violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) for late reporting of the 2016 Annual Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments. Respondent's failure to submit the 2016 Report was the first failure to report in a five-year period; however, Respondent was notified of failure to report by a Notice of Warning letter on April 13, 2017 and advised to submit their 2016 Report within 20 calendars days from the receipt of the letter. The report was received by Region 10 on August 18, 2017. The company agreed to pay a $300 penalty.
