US EPA and respondent settled an action related to violations of EPCRA on May 22, 2017. The respondent's failed to submit required Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory Forms to the Minnesota SERC and the City of Bloomington Fire Department on or before 3/1/2016 for calendar year 2015.
