On 6/13/2017, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 309 of the Clean Water Act (CWA) to the City of Bloomfield Wastewater Treatment Plant located in Bloomfield, NM. The AO
was issued in response to violations of sections 301 and 402 of the CWA. The AO requires the City of Bloomfield Wastewater Treatment Plant to complete a schedule of compliance, with follow-up reporting for each compliance deadline.
