On May 23, 2017, EPA Region 6 issued a Final Administrative Order (Order) under its authority pursuant to Section 1423 of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Diamond 3S, LLC (Respondent) located in Osage County, Oklahoma. The Order was issued in response to violations of: maintaining an injection well in a manner that could allow contaminants to move through the well bore into underground sources of drinking water. The Order requires Respondent to complete appropriate actions to prevent contamination of underground sources of drinking water.
