On June 12, 2017, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 309(a)(3) of the Act, 33 U.S.C. ? 1319(a)(3), to Mora National Fish Hatchery & Technology Center (Respondent) located in the City of Mora, New Mexico. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Total Phosphorus NPDES Permit Discharge Limit. The AO requires that Respondent come into compliance with the Total Phosphorus effluent limits. Respondent must respond to EPA Region 6 by thirty days from the effective date of the Order.
