On or about July 13, 2015 the CountryMark pipeline failed where the pipeline crosses the Wabash River near Grayville, IL causing the release of 51.5 bbls of crude oil into the Wabash River. US EPA and respondent negotiated a CAFO with a penalty of $21,873.
