AO CWA-02-2015-3035 was issued to the Respondent with a compliance schedule to meet the limitation of nitrosophenylamine as required by its industrial user permit. In response to the 2015 order, the Respondent indicated and provided supporting documents that interference with analytical testing method was the issue. The Respondent has been working to seek approval for an alternative testing procedure. An amended order is issued to incorporate a revised schedule for the Respondent to attain final compliance.
