Consolidated Grain and Barge Co. (CGB) in, Jefferson City, Indiana exceeded their 12 month rolling total throughput limit and exceeded their opacity emissions limit from the barge loading area violating their Federally Enforceable State Operating Permit and the Indiana State Implementation Plan. The consent agreement and final order requires CGB to pay a civil penalty and resolves the notice of violations issued to CGB on May 15, 2013 and March 31, 2015.
