Syngenta Crop Protection LLC. (Importer of Record) is considered to be in violation of FIFRA concerning importation of misbranded pesticides. The pesticide identified under US CBP Import Entry #916-3186564-8, Pirimiphos-Methyl Technical , was observed using labels listing an incorrect EPA Establishment Number and missing required Container Handling information.
