EPA is alleged in an ESA that Pioneer Metal Finishing (MID985632975) failed to do the following: remove waste from the site prior to reaching the 6,000-kilogram small quantity generator limit; post emergency information by a phone; document waste determinations; and mark the start date of accumulation and/or hazardous waste numbers on two containers. The failure to post emergency information was identified during two inspections.
