On June 8, 2017, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order that resolves violations of EPCRA 313 by 3D Plastics, Inc. at its facility in Newberg, Oregon. EPA alleged that the company failed to file annual Form R reports to the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) stating routine releases of the toxic chemical tetrabromobisphenol A, which is processed at the facility. The purpose of TRI is to make toxic release information from certain manufacturing facilities available to the public. The company has returned to compliance and agreed to pay a $25,600 penalty
