EPA alleged that Respondent failed to timely submit a completed emergency and hazardous chemical inventory form for calendar years 2013-2016 as required by Section 312 of EPCRA. Respondent was required to submit its Tier I or Tier II form for calendar years 2013-2016 on or before March 1, 2914, March 1, 2015, March 1, 2016 and March 1, 2017, respectively. The settlement was agreed to be $5,000.00.
