This Agreement and Order on Consent for Certain CERCLA Response Activities by Tenant as Bona Fide Prospective Purchaser, between the EPA and Planetary Ventures, provides for conducting a Pilot Study, and potentially a removal action, at Hangar 1 and payment of EPA's oversight of this work.
