This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between U.S. EPA and Nufarm Americas, Inc. (Respondent) of Aslip, IL, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act regulations involving the importation of pesticides. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $9,400 to settle the matter.
