EPA conducted an inspection at the site on August 30, 2016 and identified violations of the Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity (MSGP), including failure to implement appropriate Best Management Practices, and failure to conduct required monitoring and retain records in accordance with the requirements in the MSGP. The Order requires Respondent to comply with the terms and conditions of the MSGP.
