Respondent owns and operates the facility located at 127-61 Willets Point BLVD Corona NY 11368. The Site operates under the Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity. A CEI was conducted on March 21, 2017 and Administrative Compliance Order CWA-02-2017-3048 is being issued to address required implementation of the SWPPP and multiple deficiencies on site.
