A Notice of Violation was issued to Palumbo Management LLC alleging violations of the Illinois State Implementation Plan in relation to fugitive particulate matter emissions. This Order requires Palumbo Management LLC implement an improved and updated fugitive dust control plan to help minimize or eliminate fugitive dust arising from activities occurring at its clean construction demolition debris fill.
