EPA conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection at the Respondent's construction site on April 11, 2017 and identified violations of the New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NJPDES) 5G3 - Construction Activity Storm Water General Permit (CGP), including failure to perform and document weekly Site inspections, and failure to fully implement the erosion & sediment control component of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP). The Order requires Respondent to comply with the terms and conditions of the CGP.
