This is an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) of the U.S. EPA and Modern Concepts, Inc (Respondent), of Compton, California, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Water Act National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit requirements.
