This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Havens Home, Inc. (Respondent), of El Segundo, California, to settle Respondent?s alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) by failure to show record of Lead Hazards statements to lessees at several rental properties in Los Angeles County. Respondent paid a civil administrative penalty of $148,618 to settle the matter.
