This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and K Kittle LLC dba Rebath & 5 Day Kitchens (Respondent), of Phoenix, AZ, to settle Respondent?s alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) by failure to meet requirements regarding Lead Hazards before performing a renovation for compensation on housing built prior to 1978 or where a child under age 6 may reside/occupy. Respondent paid a civil administrative penalty of $19,810 to settle the matter.
