An Administrative Order is being issued to the Wyoming Department of State Parks and Cultural
Resources, as owner/operator of the South Pass City Historic Site Public Water System in South
Pass, Wyoming. Theviolations alleged in the Order are failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria,
failure to conduct seasonal start-up procedures, and failure to notify the public and the EPA of the violations.
