(Harrisburg, Oregon) to stop the distribution and sale of the misbranded pesticide products, Omega Gopher Grain Bait EPA Reg. No. 5042-32; RCO Avalon EPA Reg. No. 5042-34; and RCO Squirrel Patrol Pelleted Ag Bait EPA Reg. No. 36029-17-5042. These products do not bear correct storage and disposal statements as required under EPA?s Pesticide Container and Containment Regulations at 40 CFR 156.140(a).
